Artifacts: American Indian Arrowheads

Birch Bark Canoe
The Penobscot Indians in Maine made the birch bark canoe between 1880 and 1890. It was sitting in a barn in Maine for several decades and was moved to upstate New York about 35 years ago. It had been later found hanging in a barn in the Catskill Mountain region in central New York.
